Sr Programmer Lead

Onsite in Fremont, CA

Pay: $90k - $110k+

Direct Hire, W-2

Key responsibilities:

· Design and develop backend services, APIs, and system integrations

· Translate business requirements into working solutions (not just documentation)

· IT Project Management

· Build and enhance systems including

· Financial data integration and reporting support

· Customer-facing APIs and integrations

· Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code

· Break down requirements into actionable development tasks

· Work with offshore developers (task assignment, code review, guidance)

· Ensure data consistency between operational systems and reporting platforms

· Troubleshoot and resolve system and integration issues

Job Requirements:

· BS degree in computer science or related field

· 5-8 years of hands-on development experience

· Experience building end-to-end solutions (design ? develop ? deploy)

· Strong coding skills in .NET (C#) and/or Python

· Solid experience with SQL / relational databases

· REST APIs develop and system integration

· Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

· Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions

· Ability to explain system designs and technical concepts clearly to both engineers and business users

· Preferred bilingual (Chinese)
